A former institutional copy in otherwise near fine condition in a very good dust jacket, now protected in a new archival Mylar sleeve. The only evidence of former library ownership is a Scottsdale Public Library stamp on the top edge of the text block, a small security sticker on the rear pastedown, and minor peeling to the front and rear endpapers where library coverings were removed. The binding is tight, pages are crisp and unmarked, and the remainder of the volume is in excellent condition.
Featuring essays by Tom Robbins and Julia Van Haaften, this handsome photography monograph presents Larry Racioppo’s striking black and white images documenting Brooklyn from 1971 through 1983. Beautifully printed on heavy stock, the book captures neighborhoods, street life, architecture, and the people of a rapidly changing borough through the lens of one of its most dedicated chroniclers.
