This mic was extremely well cared for and is in near perfect condition. It was used in a smoke free studio. The sound is amazing. Great on acoustic and electric guitars, voice and drums, especially as overheads and on toms. The M177 has a high pass roll off switch and a 20dB pad, allowing it to go undistorted to over 140dB. The noise floor measures lower than mics 10 times its price. I have always kept it in it\'s included case. This mic comes with both the standard stand mount AND the optional shock mount.
