How to Set the Watch
Time: Pull out the crown and turn it downward to set the time. The second hand stops while setting the time.

Day: With the 12 o\'clock position facing downward, press the crown to advance the day. The day changes in the order of Japanese → English → Japanese.
Important: Do not use the quick-setting function between approximately 9 PM and 2 AM, as this may damage the mechanism. It is recommended to set the time to around 6 o\'clock before adjusting the day and date.
