Nice heavy blanket handwoven at a Mayan women\'s cooperative where they grow the cotton, dye the fibers from natural sources, hand spin into thread, and weave by hand on traditional looms. This tag says it took 8 weeks to make. Look up Casa Flor Ixcaco for more info.
Received as a gift from someone who visited Guatemala about a year ago. Kept in my linen closet since then. Smoke-free home with no pets. Never been used, still has tag attached with price $172. Similar blankets on their website retail for over $300 to ship to the US. Selling because I just have too many blankets. Please see photos for condition.
