From the former collection of a 20th century French Archbishop, I offer incredibly rare multi-relic nun’s relic kit containing some incredibly rare multiple ex Loco Holy Land relics. Each section holds numerous relics from the various holy sites, including:
1. DE LACTIS BMV
From the Milk of the Virgin Mary
-The Milk Grotto in Bethlehem is where the Virgin Mary nursed the infant Jesus while the Holy Family prepared to flee to Egypt. A drop of the Virgin Mary’s milk fell on the rock and turned the grotto white, making it a centuries-old place of pilgrimage, especially for prayers concerning fertility and motherhood.
2. DE LOCOS ELIAS
From the place of Elias / Elijah
-Elijah’s Cave on Mount Carmel is the place where the prophet Elijah lived, prayed, and sought refuge. It has been revered for centuries by Christians, Jews, and Muslims and remains an important pilgrimage site associated with Elijah’s life and ministry.
3. DE CARCERE D.N.J.C. (Dominus Nostra Jesu Christi)
From the Prison of Our Lord Jesus Christ
-The Prison of Christ in Jerusalem’s Church of the Holy Sepulchre is the place where Jesus was held before his crucifixion. The small chamber has been venerated by pilgrims for centuries.
4. DE MONTE ZION
From Mount Zion
Mount Zion is a hill in Jerusalem, immediately southwest of the Old City walls. “Zion” represent Jerusalem itself, the City of David, and God’s dwelling place.
Today, Mount Zion is especially known for the Holy Cenacle (Room of the Last Supper), the traditional Tomb of King David, and the Dormition Abbey, associated with the Tomb of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
5. DE HORTO PRESEPII
From the Garden of the Manger
The Church of the nativity in Bethlehem was built over the spot of Jesus’ birth. On its grounds is a small garden visited by the Holy Family.

Place where Jesus Prayed the Our Father
The Church of the Pater Noster on the Mount of Olives in Jerusalem. A grotto there is traditionally associated with Jesus teaching his disciples the Our Father (Pater Noster).
7. DE LOCO PASTORU
From the place of the Shepards
Shepherds’ Field, near Bethlehem, is associated with the shepherds who received the angels’ announcement of the birth of Jesus and then went to worship him. The site commemorates the Gospel account in Luke 2 and has been a place of Christian pilgrimage for centuries.
8. DE DOMO S. JOSEPH
From the House of Saint Joseph
The Church of St. Joseph in Nazareth stands over the ancient remains associated with St. Joseph’s home and workshop. This is therefore the home of the Holy Family, and is the house in which Jesus grew up.
9. DE DOMO DAVID
From the House of King David
The House of King David is traditionally associated with ancient Jerusalem, and found the City of David just south of the Temple Mount, where David established his royal capital around 1000 BC. Archaeologists have uncovered monumental structures from the biblical period there.
10. CISTERE MAYORA
The Great Cistern of Prophet Jeremiah
The cistern of the prophet Jeremiah in Jerusalem. Jeremiah was lowered into a muddy cistern during the siege of Jerusalem and later rescued (Jeremiah 38:6–13).
11. DE LOCOS PAULS
From the place of St. Paul
St. Paul was arrested in Jerusalem at the Temple, after a crowd seized him and accused him of teaching against Jewish law. (Acts 21:27–36). Roman soldiers arrested Paul and brought him to the nearby Roman barracks, the Antonia Fortress, which overlooked overlooked the Temple area.
12. DE LOCOS JACOBI
From the place of Jacob
Jacob’s Well, near modern Nablus, is believed to have been dug and used by the patriarch Jacob and his family. According to the Gospel of St. John, Jesus rested beside the well and spoke there with the Samaritan woman about the “living water” (John 4:5–26).
The box is entirely hand constructed and is quite secure. When the Damascus inlayed mother of pearl lid is lifted, and the wooden panel is slid to the right, the 12 compartments containing the relics are exposed.
Each compartment contains quite a large number individual pieces of each sacred relic.
MEASUREMENTS
3 1/2” x 1 3/4” x 1 1/2”
Each of the 12 relic compartments measures approximately 1/2” x 1/4”.
Dating from circa 1870, it remains in excellent condition.
Speaking of “pieces”, I do want to emphasize that these relics were collected over 150 years ago by the Franciscan Custodians of the Holy Land. I’m certain that these Holy Land sites are now protected, and no other relics such as these could possibly be taken today, making each and every one of these relics a true biblical treasure!
*This 12 relic nuns relic making kit was once part of the collection of a beloved 20th century French archbishop.
He was well known for his private relic and reliquary collection. I acquired this from his estate decades ago.

About FAKE or COUNTERFEIT RELICS
I am more and more distressed to see blatantly fake relics for sale on . It is a disgrace. Besides being dishonest, it is a shame to take advantage of people's religion to rip then off and make a buck...or euro. I have been a collector of relics for 35+ years, and am considered an expert. I would be glad to have a look at any relic you are thinking about...just send me the item number and I will give you my opinion. Remember, if it is too good to be true, it is!
For example:
-there is NO SUCH THING AS A TUBE RELIQUARY! All tube relics are counterfeit.
-Most of the folded paper relics are counterfeit.
-ANY certificate or wax seal with the Papal insignia of the crossed keys of St. Peter are counterfeit. The pope has better things to do than issue relics…all relics in the Vatican are ONLY issued by the Papal Custodian of relics, or individual Bishops/Cardinals. NEVER by ANY Pope.
