Offered here is a beautiful and extremely difficult-to-find matching-number pair of Chuck Sperry’s “Sisters” fine-art diptych, originally released through Spoke Art in 2014.
Both prints are #7 from the edition of only 80.

Spoke Art announced Sisters in June 2014 specifically as a fine-art diptych by Chuck Sperry, with each print produced in an edition of only 80 signed and numbered examples.
The two works were conceived as companions, with the figures facing opposite directions and the composition, floral imagery and metallic printing designed to work together.
Finding either print has become increasingly difficult.
Finding the complete diptych with the same edition number on both pieces is something else entirely.
This pair is #7/80 on BOTH prints.

I do not have the original framing invoice or exact specifications for the glazing/mat materials, so I am not making unsupported claims that the glazing is museum glass or that particular archival materials were used.
What I can say is that these were clearly given a substantial professional custom framing treatment, specifically designed to present the two works together.
The frames are included in the sale.

AN IMPORTANT SPERRY EDITION
Sisters dates to an important period in Chuck Sperry’s development of the highly detailed female portraiture and psychedelic Art Nouveau-influenced imagery for which his fine-art work has become particularly recognizable.
The original edition was extremely small at just 80 examples of each image.
Spoke Art has subsequently exhibited Sisters again in Sperry retrospectives. In a later gallery offering, individual Sisters works were priced at $1,200 each, although those gallery prices should not be interpreted as a current secondary-market sale value.
