This is a used Clarion 300 EQB-2 Equalizer that still works nice. This has some light nicks, scratches and stains. This does have a wire diagram. I don't know what the right channel from the left channel is. Both going in and coming out of the EQ. The original wires when they were longer had the labels on each pair. I do know that the front to rear works and all 4 channels work as well. I'm a nerd not an expert I would get rid of the old wires and start fresh with new
