We accept returns at our sole discretion with some exceptions. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and let you know by direct message, within a reasonable timeframe, whether your return has been approved. If your return is accepted, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
