  Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Check the Curvature & Heat if Needed If the part does not perfectly match the curve of your camper\'s corner, warm the part during installation. Heating the material makes it pliable and prevents it from cracking.

  2. Drill the Mounting Holes When drilling your installation holes, always use a drill bit slightly larger than the shank of your fastener. If the hole is too tight, the material may crack when the fastener is tightened.

  3. Trim to Fit In most applications, the bottom of the corner piece will be slightly long. Trim the bottom length so that it sits completely flush with the bottom of the pop-up camper top.
