These 17\" competition-style 4-spoke steering wheels have a stainless steel frame and a black foam cushion with molded finger grips around the rim. Has a 1\" dish with the standard-of-the-industry Grant 3-bolt pattern.
This Bell-style steering wheel comes with a horn button and adapter kit 410-10112 to retain the horn button to the wheel for a \"non-fuctional\" horn button, or use adapter kit to fit GM, Ididit, or Flaming River columns for a \"functional\" horn button.

Summary: Couldn't pass up the sale pricing (was less money than the plain version without horn cap). Wheel arrived with a few small blemishes in the rubber (most likely manufacturing defects.) For the current project, it isn't really an issue as the wheel will age and grow some battle scars over time. I trimmed back the rubber on the spokes and sanded/polished the stainless some (more detailed efforts needed)…..It changed the look of the wheel quite a bit.
