Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All returned packages will be charged return shipping. Items that are shipped free, if returned, a refund less our original shipping cost will be given. Refusing a delivery is not an acceptable return method. All returns must be pre-approved using 's return process. Refused packages will be treated as an unauthorized return and will be charged 10% restocking fee + shipping fees. We only ship to verified/confirmed addresses, no exceptions. We reserve the right to use the shipping carrier of our choice to meet the guaranteed delivery date. We understand that has various shipping options, we will try our best to ship with your preferred method. We cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses unless we are contacted ahead of time and it is authorized. Keep in mind there is a surcharge to ship to these types of addresses. You must keep the box and all packing material for the carrier to inspect. A valid phone number is required for shipping and may be used for payment verification & shipping protection. The carrier will send the package back to us after 3 unsuccessful attempts to deliver. If this happens you will be charged all applicable shipping charges up to double the shipping cost (the cost of shipping back and forth).
