1. Description

This 8X 12G/6G/3G/HD/SD SDI TX&RXBOX are fiber opticserial digital video transmission units that offer the industry\'s broadestrange of digital rates 12Gbps bandwidth while maintaining the signal qualitythat broadcasters demand. The unit support 3X Discrete 1Gbps POE+ Ethernet Ports.

The transmitteraccepts a 75ohm BNC input and converts it into an optical stream via a standardST connector.

The transmitterBNC include equalization and reclocker for long lengths of coaxial cable, soyou can use them at nearly any point in yourSDI chain.

The receiver unitreconverts the uncompressed signal back to BNC output.

The receiverinclude reclocker and cable driver for long lengths of optical link, 10KM@12Gbps MAX. fiber transfer, so you can use themat nearly any point in yourSDI chain.

Both thetransmitter and receiver modules include LED indicators to display Power On,SDI signal presence. The units use Dual AC100-120VPSDefault, backup each other.

5. Installation

1. Connect the provided AC or DC power supplies tothe power socket of the transmitter and receiver

2. Connect SDI cable between the SDI videosource and the transmitter BNC input

3. Connect SDI cable between the receiver BNCoutput and the SDI video monitor or SDI DVR

4. ConnectST fiber between the transmitterand the receiverST Receptacle
