For new customers, we will send an easy-to-use impression kit with step-by-step instructions. Take your upper dental impression at home and return it using the included return mailer.
Step 3 — Professional Digital Review
After receiving your impression, our dental laboratory scans it to create an accurate digital model of your teeth. The model is reviewed before production to help ensure proper fit and coverage.
Step 4 — Custom Fabrication
Your night guard is individually formed using a premium 3 mm dual-layer material:
- Soft inner layer for cushioned comfort
- Hard outer layer for strength and durability
Each guard is carefully trimmed, finished, and polished for smooth edges and comfortable nightly wear.
Step 5 — Delivered to Your Door
After quality inspection, your finished custom night guard and protective storage case are shipped directly to you.
