This is our Master Quality Natural Oak Bo-Hi Bokken, designed for serious practitioners who want a natural look and a slightly lighter feel. With a heavy focus on balance and feel, the Master Quality Bokken undergoes tight quality control before arriving in your hands.The Bo-Hi bokken comes with a saya and sageo, so you can practice unsheathing the daito from its saya. The sageo, attached to the sheath, can be used to holster the scabbard to your hakama/martial arts uniform. The Bo-Hi helps remove some weight from the bokken and also helps the practitioner hear the blade cut air when done correctly.
This set is perfect for practitioners of all levels who would like to train iaido, the art of drawing your blade, with a high quality wooden sword. Can also be used for suburi and kata training.
