Part is new, old stock. Kit was still sealed from the factory. The kit is complete, the problem is the kit is at least fifteen years old. I do not know the shelf life for the epoxy kits. The kit comes with the magnet and one #431929 epoxy kit. I am actually sending the magnet and two of the epoxy kits. Because of their age of the epoxy kits, in reality you may be just getting the magnet if the kits do not set up.
