TheEmpty Blanksare used with sharpening stones (or sandpapers) on

knife sharpener system. Standardthe Edge Pro sharpening stones are fragile

(Orthe sandpaper is flexible) and need to be attached to Empty Blanks. This

adds rigidity and increases the lifespan of the stones (or makes the

sandpaper stable). Empty Blanks have a standard 45-degree bevel and are

made of high-quality Extrudedaluminum from Canada.

You can mount any of your polishing tapes, or a stone (for example, Apex

Edge Pro system etc.), or other films that fit to work with aluminum\'s

blank.

• Working Area *:6\" x 1\"(152,4 x 25,4 mm)

  * – The blanks are cut and made from factory rolled aluminum products, they are NOT additionally processed, and the real surface roughness must be viewed on the attached photo (see photo).)

  Real Dimensions *:6 2/16\" ± 1/32\" (155,56mm ± 0,79mm)

  * – The dimensions of all blanks - the aluminum plates - are given on the short side - where you will be gluing the grinding stone. In this case the actual dimensions will be 6 2/16\" ± 1/32\" (155,56mm ± 0,79mm)

  This blanks for stones up to 25 mm (Approx. 1\") wide

  The aluminum plates can be used in the Edge Pro Apex and any similar

  Professional Sharpeners System with the same sizes of the stone. This

  blank will also fit to the new RUIXIN Pro, TSPROF, Hapstone Sharpeners

  System etc.

  • How to use

  There are two ways to attach sharpening stones (or sandpapers) to empty

  blanks:

  recommend 3M 77 spray glue. If you have oilstone, use 3M 80 instead.

  recommend 3M 90080.

  Avoid Cyanoacrylates and Dual-component epoxy adhesives.
