Here is a pair of vintage Eico HF-32 integrated amplifiers. Rated at 30 watts each in a Williamson type Push Pull architecture they utilize EL84 and 12AX7 tubes. The output transformers are stated to be 6 lbs each and have extensively interleaved windings and grain oriented steel laminations. Speaker connections for 4, 6, 8 ohm requirements. Phono stage has low and high input with RIAA and NARTB equalization options. Additional connections for Aux., TV, Tuner, Mic, and Tape Head.
I am the second owner of these mono blocks. My neighbor, a retired Siemens EE, gave these to me 15 years ago after he heard my restoration of another vintage amp. He was the original builder of these, and did the excellent job you would expect out of an Engineer. You will see one picture that shows the owners instruction manual. I also retained the original knobs, the discreets and original tubes I replaced when I restored these amps 15 years ago. I also upgrade the power cord for grounding on both amps, shown in one picture. I have just played them for 5 hours with no issues. Some of the pots can be cleaned again, as can be expected on an older restoration. The reason for selling is I no longer use these as often as I use to. We have downsized, and I am paring down to one system instead of multiple systems throughout the house and garage.
