The Brown Brainade was announced in November 2014. Vinyl Pulse reported on November 6 that García was about to release the brown resin edition, limited to 100 pieces

Contemporary coverage of the Brainade gives it as roughly 3.5 inches tall, and Heritage sales later catalogued Brainades at approximately 3½ × 2½ × 2¼ inches (8.9 × 6.3 × 5.7 cm).

This isn’t just an obscure resin toy that happens to have a low production number.
García’s Brainade became one of his recognizable designer-art pieces.
Heritage has sold Brainades, demonstrating that they have entered the serious collectible-art market.
It’s in very good condition as a 12 year old object. It’s been stored in an airtight container in a cool dry smoke-free temperature controlled home.
