The Epiphone Inspired by Gibson Custom 1959 Les Paul Standard Reissue brings the look, feel, and tone of one of the most celebrated vintage electric guitars to an impressively authentic modern recreation. Developed in partnership with Gibson Custom, it features a genuine mahogany body with a carved maple cap and AAA flame maple veneer, paired with a one-piece mahogany neck with a long neck tenon and an authentic 1959 Rounded Medium C profile. A bound rosewood fingerboard, Gibson-style open book headstock, Vintage Gloss Golden Poppy Burst finish, and nickel hardware complete the vintage-inspired look. Two USA Gibson Custombucker humbuckers with Alnico 3 magnets are hand-wired to CTS potentiometers and Black Beauty paper-in-oil capacitors for classic PAF-style Les Paul tone. A brown Inspired by Gibson Custom hardshell case with pink plush interior is included.
