This is a fabulous quality, early 20th-century English Polychrome Toby Jug, modelled in the form of a seated Georgian Gentleman with a jug holding a decorative jug.
He is wearing a wide-brimmed black Tricorn, a blue jacket, red waistcoat and a brightly coloured pair of yellow trousers.
The beautifully presented piece is hand-painted in shades of yellows, greens, browns and orange.
Probably made in one of the Staffordshire factories.
