Fabulous OOAK antique vintage 1930s dolls house - architects model:

For restoration. This was a loft find in original unplayed with condition. There are signs of historic woodworm which has been treated but would recommend further precautionary applications. Please note some of the photos were taken before I cleaned it. It will arrive with you as clean as I can get it.
It needs some further tlc but has so much potential for the right restorer. It is deep for a dolls house which suggests it may originally have been an architects model. Would make a fab display piece although small enough not to take up too much space.All offers considered. From pet and smoke free home.
