There is a bubble at the bottom of the fount that has a line in it. Can’t see unless you hold it a certain angle. Fount part looks typical because of the use of a plunger to press the glass down into the mould. Please look at all photos as they are part of the description. Measurements are approximate. Art glass is handmade, so there could be size variations in the pieces. When possible manufacture stated sizes will be listed. I do research and price within comp ranges. *Damaged in shipment*... All of my items are insured against damage in transit, I pay extra for this! All pieces are marked. If item is damaged this needs to match with what was shipped. Do not ship items back for damage because this voids an insurance claim. Partial losses are paid as such by USPS/FEDEX, we don't refund 10 glasses because 1 broke and neither do they. All insurance claims are filed online now & there may be a delay in how long it takes the Shipper to process the refund, also USPS claims may require items to be physically taken the post office for inspection should they ask for them- We must have photos of the damaged item and the damage to the exterior of the box to process claims online, so you will need to be able to send us digital photos.
*Items lost in shipment or not received*... If they are lost in transit, we will be required to wait the specified time by the shipper to file the insurance claim- there is no other way to do this as that is their rules and we will have to wait their time limits.
