So as I mentioned above in the above condition description, make no mistake--this thing is not new. But anyone who knows Filson (especially the old Filson before they offshored a buncha stuff) knows that that makes it even cooler. The patina here is authentic; I used it as a shopping bag, a briefcase, a general city bag, a kid tote, a hat (well, maybe not a hat), but otherwise you name it. I bought it in Seattle what feels like a million years ago.
There is one/ are maybe a few small pin-sized wear holes as shown in the pictures. There are ink spots at the bottom, other stains a few other places (mostly the very bottom), and dirt in a lot of places. I have not attempted to clean it at all, but I expect that a lot would come out via either spotwashing or dry cleaning if that was your bag, man. The previous owner had some additional leather added to the inside of the straps to make it more comfortable to carry. I appreciate that! Some of the string from that connection is coming loose, but I expect that it could be easily remedied if that was the desire.
The zip aspect of this bag is super clutch. It\'s a great daily carry and/or carry on for the mental security you get from being able to close things up. It has the standard outside pockets that don\'t zip for stashing things quickly.
