Fleischmann N Scale 7344 Swiss Railways Locomotive number 11239 named Porrentruy For Sale

Reason for sale: I have advanced Alzheimer\'s so I want to sell them before I\'m unable to.
It is going to be hard to describe all of the features of this amazing German built N Scale Locomotive. You\'re going to want this one.
Yes I am asking a premium price but boy what a model.This is in the SBB-CHF-CFF Red livery that until not so very long ago were the mainstay of the Swiss Federal Railway passenger . They can still be found all across Switzerland hauling freight,

• SBB - initials of theSchweizerischen Bundesbahnenfor the German cantons
• CHF - initials of theChemins de fer fédéraux Suissefor the French cantons
• CFF - initials of theFerrovie Federali Svizzerefor the Italian cantons

This is a great runner in both directions. The bodyshell is a vivid red carrying running number 11239 named Perrentruy, a medieval city high up in the mountains with a 13th Century and still existing medieval castle.Anyway, now to the selling points of this great model:

• It can operate via the track or from the overhead catenary using the working pantographs
• It has NEM coupling pockets on both ends so that you can easily swap couplers between Rapido or the Knuckle type
• It has tractions tires on both axles
• The pantographs can be lowered and locked in place when drawing power from the track
• It has bi-directional headlights x 3 that display white when working forwards or red when working backwards
• It carries two spare bulbs within the body - that\'s clever
• It also carries two spare carbon brushes within the body for the motor - again that\'s so clever

I\'m so going to miss this one and I hope it goes to good home.
