Step-by-Step Installation Guidance

Let engine and exhaust system fully cool for a minimum of 90 minutes before disassembly to avoid severe thermal burns from hot exhaust metal.

Secure vehicle with jack stands, detach old rusted exhaust rubber hangers and loosen all factory flange mounting bolts.

Remove the entire worn original exhaust assembly from under the vehicle frame.

Install new sealing gasket between exhaust flanges, mount the complete new exhaust assembly and fasten all bolts evenly in cross sequence to prevent exhaust leaks.

Secure pipe joints with supplied U-clamps, re-hang exhaust onto factory rubber isolators to eliminate vibration rattling noise during driving.

Start engine and complete a road test drive, inspect all pipe joints and flanges for exhaust leaks, abnormal rattling or loud exhaust roar.
