of the former Japanese Army.
It is an actual item from the war.
The military stamp reads “Osaka Army Clothing Depot.” The year of manufacture appears to be either 1943 or 1944, but it is difficult to read clearly.
The cords appear to be all present; however, the small fabric loop in the center, which holds the cord in place, is missing.
As shown in the photos, there is also damage to the back and sides.
