Jewel case has light levels of shelf-wear and no cracks/holes/stickers whatsoever. Slipcover case has moderate levels of wear including corner-wear, edge-wear, and cosmetic-wear. Inner book/booklet is in excellent condition with minor cosmetic/shelf-wear. Comes with the original discs, booklet/inlay, and case.
