Genuine Nymphaea Caerulea (Egyptian Water Lily) Seeds - 25 Count (US Seller) For Sale

This was a very hard plant to track down due to the amount of fake Nymphaea caerulea going around. I have verified that this is a genuine Nymphaea caerulea due to the morphological features of the flowers and lily pads (feel free to verify yourself with the pictures)! (Please note that in some of the pictures I have harvested some of the stamens for future pollinations. This is why around half of the stamens on one side are missing in some pictures. Other pictures show the true count of the stamens).
These seeds are closed-pollinated. I collect pollen from one flower, and use it to pollinate the subsequent flower. These are grown indoors and I don\'t have any other water lilies, but I bag the flowers after pollination anyways to be safe.This listing is for 25 seeds. The seeds have been harvested, cleaned, and then stored in water in the fridge. These are stored in water to maintain maximum viability. Due to the seeds being stored in water and not being allowed to dry out entirely, acid scarification should not be required. The seeds should germinate within 25 days in water between 70-85 degrees F.

I grow my mother plant in a room that averages 80 degrees during the day. This results in rapid growth and flowering.
