Bought new and used for less than 500 miles, then sat in a box for years. Both vband clamps included. Red anodized aluminum. Ports for water cooling. Don\'t remember the springs inside but I had the car tuned at 20+psi with no problems. Unfortunately, I like rotaries. Blew an apex seal and went a different route. What you see is what you get. I think it\'s in great shape and I know it works without issue.
