Gorgeous Antique Doll Dress for Large Bisque Lady Doll For Sale

This is a lovely antique blue and white ticking striped doll dress for a nurse doll. This dress style was popular in WWI with Red Cross nurses. This dress is in good condition with light age discoloration. It has four mother-of-pearl buttons down the front. It ha the traditional white collar and white sleeve cuffs that were typical of the nurse outfits of this era. The dress is missing its belt. All the dress needs is a pinafore and it would be just perfect for your nurse dolly! I have shown several images for reference to show these dresses. The first image is a McCall\'s pattern from 1917 and the second is a nurse dress circa 1904 from the Smithsonian Museum. These images are just for reference, this listing is for the DOLL DRESS only. The dress measures 8.5 inches from the top of the dress to the bottom. The waist just under the armpits measures 4.25 inches wide across when the dress is laying flat. The bottom flare of the dress measures 6.25 inches wide across the bottom flare of the dress when laying flat. The dress measures 3 inches from one shoulder seam to the other shoulder seam. Each sleeve measures 2.75 inches from the shoulder seam to the end of the sleeve cuff.Non-smoking home. I will combine shipping with other items in my shop.
