The Gretsch G5700 Electromatic Lap Steel guitar produces the unmistakable rich tones of a Hawaiian-style electric instrument. Featuring a solid mahogany slab body, this instrument is designed for slide playing with a high-action nut and distinctive Art Deco fretboard markers. The headstock is clearly marked Gretsch Electromatic with a serial number indicating 2020 production.
• Chrome-covered single-coil bridge pickup for classic twang and sustain
• G-arrow control knobs for master volume and master tone
• String-through-body bridge with chrome-plated hardware and plastic nut
Condition: The instrument has been power-on tested and the electronics are in working order. There is a significant section of the finish that has broken off along the side edge of the body. Label residue is present on the back of the instrument. The hardware shows minor surface oxidation and light scratches consistent with regular use. No case or slide included.
