Been collecting for far too long and now thinning the collection. I do not have a layout and your purchase is "as-is."
If you're a model trains collector then you already know that these models are assembled with thin handrails and many fine parts that sometimes come loose or break during shipping --- it happens even on brand new models right from the factory.
