This is an authentic, vintage Hurst / Mr. Gasket V-Gate 4-speed manual transmission shift rod set. Includes 6109 (1st/2nd) and 6110 (3rd/4th) rods. The long reverse rod features three factory clearance bends and a total length of 19-3/16 inches. It features a rare factory-inverted stamp error reading \'6126\' instead of \'6129\' (the final 9 die was struck upside down at the plant).

This piece features a rare factory-inverted stamp error where the final \"9\" die was loaded upside down at the plant, causing it to cleanly strike as a \"6\". Good vintage, pre-owned condition. Clean, readable stamped factory numerals. Steel is solid with typical minor surface aging/patina expected from an original piece of classic speed equipment.
