* Ornament: Excellent cosmetic condition. All spires, roofs, and rocky details are intact. There are no cracks, chips, or visible wear on the piece itself. Bottom has a few scuffs on plastic, see photo. Battery compartment is clean with no corrosion.
* Box: Original box is included and structurally sound. Please note that the top of the box features clean, handwritten marker writing from the original holiday gifting ("To: [Name] From: Mom & Dad 2013").
* Batteries: Includes original pair of compatible button cell batteries packaged separately, however unknown if still good due to age.
