Hardinge 4-degree taper backplate.
These will finish to 6-1/2". The 4-degree taper bore is finished with locking pins installed. These are just over 1.95" long. You mount on your spindle and machine to fit the chuck of your choice. All exterior surfaces are rough machined oversize
These are intended for adjust-true type chucks hence the extra length for the pilot. There is also enough material to mill steps on the back to facilitate mounting onto your mill vise. Your spindle taper major diameter needs to be between 2.304" & 2.310".
(Some have been re-machined & cause problems).
The ledge on the front is necessary for my production work and is already larger than any adjust-true pilots I've seen (5.750")
Im selling for I will ship outside the US but it takes a little time and patience.
I can machine for your chuck with your provided specifications and dimensions for additional cost but you will still need to take light facing cuts on your spindle to achieve optimum runout.
