Scarce, early to mid-1870s CDV photo of West Street off the Plaza in Healdsburg, California. Business signs can be read for \"Furniture\" (possibly the store of I. L. Cohen), \"R. Hertel\" (dry goods, groceries and hardware), and the \"--ion Hotel\" (which is the \"Union Hotel\" located on West Street). Photographer is Joseph H. Downing out of Healdsburg.
