Shipment and Method
We are shipping only in United States main land, no ship to Hawaii and Alaska or outside United States. We shipping only Monday and Tuesday via USPS Priority Mail or UPS 2days. Faster shipping method and combine shipping cost please contact us for more information.
We will packaging professionally with insulation box, oxygen in bag, triple bagging and heat pack or cool pack depend on weather if necessary. Fish may color fade or stressed out due to shipping and delivery. Once fish get feed and healthy it will look nice like it shall.

#2 Rule: DOA refund you must follow all these steps bellow.Please contact or notify us. To clarify fish was die on arrived (DOA) you must follow the policy and all steps. Within 1 hour after package delivered by carrier. Take 3 clear pictures at different angles of fish in unopened bag. 1 picture the fish out of the bag and fish must be cut in half in this picture to clarify it\'s death. All pictures must be clear detail and blurry pictures will not be acceptable.
#3 Rule: If you notify us later after 1 hour package was delivered by carrier and failed or refused to do all the steps above and follow this policy. You will not be able to get a refund.
