Shipping - I don\'t use the low cost envelope and only ship via ground advantage/fully tracked packages. Costs me around $5 a package, but at least that way you can feel confident your card will arrive and you can fully track the item.
Returns - As you can tell by my response, I always take care of my buyers, but I don\'t offer returns unless there is a problem with the order. I do things on the up and up - I try and show multiple photos and call out any issues so you know what you are buying - if you are not sure if you\'re going to want to keep the item you purchase, please don\'t purchase and save both of us a lot of expense and headaches.
