Jack Micheline. Imaginary Conversation with Jack Kerouac Red Stodolsky\'s personal Association Copy + Drawing by Micheline presumably of Kerouac. But I can\'t be certain.
Inscription with signature to Red Stodolsky on inside front cover and drawing with signature on the Title Page with another signature from Micheline.
Inscription Reads:
For Sid \"Red\" Stodolsky!!
This one\'s on me. When I get down to Hollywood we\'ll even the score.
Love to a class act.
Jack Micheline SF
This is a cool book on many levels
- The Kerouac Level
- The Bukowski Red connection Level
- The Jack Micheline Drawing Level (Again, presumably of Kerouac)
- The association Copy level
Probably the coolest version of this book I\'ve ever had. Most are quite common but this copy is a unicorn.
Condition. Very Good Minus. Light to moderate handling wear and edge wear. Base of covers and pages near spine is a little wavy in one area. The book has been read but remains quite nice. Inside is clean aside from the obvious inscription and drawing. The inscription on the inside front cover in pen has left very minor indenting to front covers from the pen pressure. Very minor.
Corners show a touch of rounding and light bumping. Overall pretty nice condition with incredible subject matter and association.
Please see photos for complete condition.
