This machine belongs to the small grain screening machine, which is used to remove impurities such as grain leaves, bran, dust, plastic parts and degassed grains. Working principle
The linear vibrating screen is driven by a vibrating motor. When the vibrating motor rotates synchronously and reversely, the exciting force produced by the eccentric block cancels each other in the direction parallel to the axis of the motor, and superimposes a combined force in the direction perpendicular to the axis of the motor, so the trajectory of the screen machine is a straight line. The motor shaft has an inclination angle relative to the screen surface.
Under the combined action of the exciting force and the gravity of the material, the material is thrown up and jumped forward in a straight line motion on the screen surface, so as to achieve the purpose of screening and grading the material. It can be used to realize automatic operation in pipeline. The utility model has the characteristics of low energy consumption, high efficiency, simple structure, easy maintenance and fully enclosed structure without dust spillover. Can be screened to 100 meshes (dry material), can screen out different granularity of materials.
Linear Vibrating Screen
Linear vibrating screen uses vibrating motor as vibration source to make material thrown up on screen and move forward in a straight line. Material evenly enters the inlet and outlet of screen machine from feeder. Through multi-layer screen, several sieves of different sieves are produced and discharged from their respective outlets. The utility model has the advantages of low energy consumption, high output, simple structure, easy maintenance, no dust overflow and automatic discharge, and is more suitable for pipeline operation.
