Overprint: GWALIOR in English + ग्वालियर in Hindi / Devanagari - Bilingual overprint applied at Aligarh / Bombay press for use in Gwalior State
Format: Block of 12 stamps in se-tenant block of 3 x 4. Very hard to find as a large multiple. Single stamps are common, blocks of 12 are scarce.
Condition: Mint Never Hinged . Please see scans - appears Unused with original gum.
Front: Deep purple-brown print, clear overprint. Back: Original gum with light age toning.
