Binder measures approximately 10 1/8\" x 11 1/2\". Pages measure around 8 1/2\" x 11\".
Manual is in vintage condition with loose pages, edge tearing, dinged edges and corners, turned corners, ink staining to the binder itself, creasing, wrinkling, age discoloration and marks. There is ink staining inside the front cover of the binder and on the first couple of pages. The title page is loose and has heavy wrinkling/creasing. Approximately 7 Pages in this publication are loose with tearing at the punched holes near the left edge. At least one page has writing on it. Near the back of the book, it appears that pages were double punched, and pages are loose from the binder. The covers of the binder have discoloration, marks, surface scuffs and wrinkling.
Item has been in storage for many years and has a storage-type scent. I don\'t know if it can be aired out.
