On August 20, 1976, KISS brought their "Spirit of '76 Tour" (also known as the "Destroyer Tour") to Anaheim, California. Anaheim Stadium was packed with over 42,000 fans that day, marking the largest audience KISS had ever drawn up to that point. While the historic night was originally recorded by producer Eddie Kramer, Eddie himself has now remixed the audio from the original multi-track tapes. This historic performance is finally being released to the public as an official album titled *Destroys Anaheim '76*.This live album marks the 50th anniversary of the August 20, 1976, Anaheim concert—a show considered one of the most groundbreaking and pivotal moments in the KISS saga. The Japanese edition features the album on SHM-CD. It comes in a soft-pack CD case and includes a 60-page booklet packed with content, such as detailed, extensive liner notes by Ken Sharp, as well as previously unseen photos and images of memorabilia. Everything is beautifully housed in a slipcase.
