A fantastic piece of Rolling Stones history: a vintage 3.5\" x 3.5\" glossy color candid snapshot of Keith Richards, photographed in front of a hotel elevator and boldly signed in black ballpoint, “Love, Keith Richard.”

The photograph is annotated on the reverse in a collector’s hand, “Nov. 2, 1968,” placing this intimate snapshot squarely in one of the most important periods of The Rolling Stones’ career. 1968 was the year the band released Beggars Banquet, an album that became a landmark in their evolution and one of the defining records of the late 1960s.

The timing makes this especially interesting for Stones collectors.
