How To Use
*Soak the stone into the water for 10-15 minute, put it on the bamboo base with silicone holder on a flat surface
*Clip the angle guide on the knife at an angle of 10~30°
*Use 400 Grit side for rough grinding dull knives
*Use 1000 Grit side for sharpening dull knives. This process takes about 10 minutes
*Use 3000 Grit side for fine sharpening. This process takes about 15 minutes
*Use 8000 Grit side for final polishing and refine your knife edge. This process takes about 10 minutes.
*Use flattening Stone to keep your water stones flat. The white one works on 400/1000 whetstone, while the black one works on 3000/8000 whetstone
*Keep some water on the whetstone to stay wet
*After honing, clean the knife with wet cloth or water, then dry it
*Use a soft brush to clean the stone, then put it in a ventilated place to Dual Whetstone, Water Stone, No Oil Stone
