SHIPPING INFORMATION
Items ordered by 10 AM PST will typically be shipped that day, or within 24 hours if additional processing time is needed. Most items are shipped via FedEx Ground or the United States Post Office. We do not offer local pick-up. All items must be shipped from Kyosho America using our own shipping accounts. We cannot bill shipments to other accounts per rules.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders require a maximum of one business day (24 hrs) to process, Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends or recognized holidays. Orders are only shipped to a confirmed address. No exceptions.
It\'s the buyer\'s responsibility to properly handle items damaged in shipping. In the event of damage, opening the package typically nullifies any insurance claim against damage. Failure to comply with the requirements of the shipping company is the sole responsibility of the buyer. If a package appears damaged, do NOT open it, and contact the carrier immediately.
ORDER TRACKING
Kyosho America will provide tracking information from carriers that offer package tracking. Kyosho America is not responsible for the updating and accuracy of tracking information. Tracking information is only provided by the courier, and incorrect tracking data cannot be remedied by anyone but the courier.
PAYMENTS
Kyosho America currently requires all payments to be made via PayPal at the time of purchase. Shipments will only be shipped to the PayPal confirmed addresses. If not confirmed, payment will be refunded, and the purchase cancelled.
State law requires that we charge sales tax on all orders shipped within the State of California.
RETURNS
You may be returned an item within 30 days of receipt.
Refunds will only be issued for items purchased from the Kyosho America store.
Items must be returned in NEW condition
A refund, pending the outcome of a review of the return, will be issued within 3 days of receipt.
WARRANTY
Kyosho products, unless otherwise specified, have a 90-day warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
