The seals on box have been opened, but decided not to build it. A few of the plastic bags unfortunately have tears in them due to the way LEGO used to make their bags. However, this set has been in storage in my basement for over 30 years. The plastic inlay is sealed. All the parts look brand new and unused. From pet-free/smoke-free home.
This is a near perfect mint set for a collector who wants to build the kit or keep in storage. Box looks amazing for its age.
