The handwritten letter discusses the enclosed Czechoslovak sports pins and is accompanied by the original international airmail envelope addressed to Sadek in San Francisco. Pins show a variety of Czech and Slovak sports clubs and organizations. Some rusting and staining is present on the backs, as shown in the photos.
