Rare pair of original late-19th-century French culinary journals, Le Cordon-Bleu – Journal Hebdomadaire Illustré de Cuisine Pratique, bound into two period volumes.These are original issues from the formative years of the famous French culinary publication associated with the early Le Cordon Bleu cooking school in Paris.One photographed issue is No. 185, dated 17 Juillet 1898, and includes recipes, cookery instruction, menus, culinary techniques and period advertisements.
