• New Items: All items listed as "new" are guaranteed to be brand new. However, I do not guarantee mint condition packaging upon arrival.
• Packaging: Most items are shipped in the most form-fitting packaging possible, usually bubble mailers for most smaller items. If there is extra space in a box, I use appropriate packing materials to secure the item.
• No Special Accommodations: I do not offer special packaging requests (such as bubble-wrapping or larger boxes) because shipping costs are factored into my listed prices. Changes in packaging can significantly increase shipping costs and impact my business.
• Shipping Guarantee: Once the item leaves my hands, I cannot guarantee how it will be handled during shipping. The only thing I guarantee is that the product itself is new.
• Collectors: If you are a collector seeking mint condition packaging on new items, please purchase from another seller as I will only guarantee the product itself is new, not its packaging.
• Customer Satisfaction: My response rating reflects my commitment to safe shipping and customer satisfaction. If there are any significant issues with your order, please contact me and I will do my best to resolve them.

Thank you for your understanding and for considering my listings. I appreciate your business!
